About Connor MacIvor

Built For When It Has To Work

For twenty years, my job was making sure a system worked exactly right when there was no room for a second try. As an LAPD Academy instructor from 1990 to 2013, I trained hundreds of officers to operate under real pressure, where a shortcut or a guess had real consequences.

I have been coding since 1983, long before AI made it easy. I got my California real estate license in 1998 and have worked as a full-time Realtor since 2007, closing real transactions on real deadlines.

Every one of those jobs taught the same lesson: a system either works when it counts, or the demo never mattered. That is the standard I hold AI to. I am not running a chatbot experiment. I build AI systems for Santa Clarita Valley and Los Angeles County businesses the way I was trained to build everything else: tested, accountable, and built to work when you actually need it to.
