TL;DR SUMMARY

// Introduction

What This Class Does.

Rung 2 taught agents to give the AI one job. This class connects the jobs. Attendees build a Property Fact Sheet, the single verified source of truth for a listing, then chain Job Cards so that one sheet produces every output a listing launch needs. A separate critique job checks the outputs for fair housing and accuracy before anything is published. Change one fact, re-run, and every output updates. No retyping, no drift.

// Who It Is For

Come If This Is You.

// Outcomes

You Leave Able To.

  1. Build a Property Fact Sheet: one verified source for a listing with facts, sources, approved photos, disclosure status, and an explicit UNKNOWN list.
  2. Chain Job Cards into a Listing Launch System that produces ten outputs from that one sheet.
  3. Run a fair housing and accuracy critique as its own job, before anything is published.
  4. Change one fact and regenerate every output in minutes, without retyping.
  5. Store the system in a workspace so it runs the same way for the next listing and the next person on your team.

The Listing Launch System

Inputs: the five onboarding files from rung 1, a fictional Property Fact Sheet for a Valencia single-family home, ten Job Cards each inheriting the rung 2 stop rules, and the Critique Job Card with its rule list.

JOB: Listing Launch (chain) SOURCE OF TRUTH: The Property Fact Sheet pasted below. No output may state a fact that is not on the sheet. If a fact is missing, write MISSING. OUTPUTS, IN ORDER: 1. MLS remarks (per my MLS's remark rules, no contact info, no offers of compensation). 2. Public remarks. 3. Three social captions (short, medium, long). 4. Sphere email. 5. Just-listed text under 60 words. 6. Open house plan with a visitor question list. 7. Buyer-agent FAQ (showing instructions, offer logistics, HOA and disclosure availability). 8. Neighborhood one-pager using only sheet facts and sourced links. 9. Seller weekly update template. 10. Photo caption set with alteration labels where the sheet says altered or virtually staged. THEN RUN: Critique Job on all ten. Return a table: output number, issue, rule broken, suggested fix. STOP RULES: No superlatives without a sheet fact behind them. No school quality claims. No neighborhood demographic language. No price or motivation commentary. Brokerage name and license identification appear where my advertising rules require it. Nothing publishes without my review.

What comes out: ten outputs generated in sequence, all citing the same sheet, a critique table with the planted steering line caught and the fix pointed at the sheet, a second full run after one fact changes showing all ten outputs updated, and the workspace layout for the next listing.

The Critique Job

A separate job. It reads, it reports, it never rewrites. Run it after every chain run and after every sheet change.

Checks each output for: any fact not on the sheet, any superlative with no sheet fact behind it, fair housing language (protected-class language, steering phrases, school quality claims, neighborhood character claims about people), price or motivation commentary, missing brokerage identification, missing alteration labels, and MLS remark rule violations.

Phrases the critique flags: "perfect for families," "ideal for young professionals," "safe neighborhood," "exclusive," "walking distance to church," "no kids," "adults only," "traditional neighborhood," "best schools," "top-rated," "stunning," "must see," "motivated seller," "priced to sell," "bring all offers," "will not last."

Output: a table, columns: output number, quoted phrase, rule broken, suggested fix. If the fix is a missing fact, the answer is FIX THE SHEET, not the output.

The Rules That Do Not Move.

Every rung of the series runs the S.A.F.E. gate before anything leaves the office. Sensitive information removed. Accuracy confirmed through reliable sources. Fair housing and fiduciary responsibilities protected. Everything properly disclosed and approved.
// FAQ

Questions Agents Ask.

AGENT

I do not take many listings. Is this still useful?

Yes. The same pattern runs a buyer tour packet, a rental listing, or a team's weekly market update. The listing launch is the teaching example because every agent understands it.

AGENT

What if my brokerage supplies the marketing?

Bring the brokerage's templates. The system feeds them. The fact sheet still saves the retyping and the critique still catches the fair housing miss before it ships.

AGENT

Does this replace my marketing person?

No. It gives your marketing person a verified sheet and ten clean first drafts instead of a text message with three facts and a typo.

AGENT

Which platform runs the chain best?

Any platform with a project or workspace feature runs it. The class shows one and names the equivalents on the others.

BRING THE WORKFLOW. LEAVE WITH THE FIRST MOVE.

Book a free 30-minute AI architecture conversation.

Connor will send a short questionnaire before the call. Bring the task that repeats, the process that stalls, the system that leaks money, or the online identity that refuses to line up. The answer may be automation, coaching, a Meta campaign, MachineFound, a private brokerage system, a better template, or deleting a broken step. The diagnosis comes first.

When appropriate, Connor is comfortable discussing a mutual NDA before reviewing proprietary workflows or business ideas.
